It is with deep humility that I...
It is with deep humility that I express my gratitude for the healing power of Christian Science. My first healing took place during the time that I was a pupil in the Christian Science Sunday School. Through the prayers of my Sunday School teacher I was healed of scarlet fever within twenty-four hours.
Since then my family and I have experienced many blessings and proofs of God's allness and power. Eczema, which had been pronounced hereditary and possibly incurable, blood poisoning, so-called children's diseases, a nervous breakdown, lack, sorrow, and many other sicknesses and discordant conditions have completely disappeared through our study and application of Christian Science.
A healing which I experienced after receiving treatment from a Christian Science practitioner has never ceased to be a constant reminder of God's ever-presence and power. I awakened one morning with severe head pains and a sore throat that made it almost impossible for me to swallow. At once I began to pray as we are taught to do in Christian Science, but when I was no better after some time. I telephoned for help.
