The need resulting from present world conditions emphasizes the necessity for a wider study of the Christian Science Quarterly Bible Lessons. With a view of meeting this need, the Trustees of The Christian Science Publishing Society, with the approval of The Christian Science Board of Directors, are pleased to announce a reduction in the price of the Christian Science Quarterly.

Beginning with the July, 1940, issue, the price of the regular and vest pocket editions of the Quarterly will be $1.00 per year, or 25 cents per copy; and the Readers' size will be $1.40 per year, or 35 cents per copy. Christian Science churches appreciate the importance of providing a sufficient number of Quarterlies so that all present at their services may join in the Responsive Reading.

Our Leader, Mrs. Eddy, has stressed the importance of the study of these Bible Lessons.
