In the more than twenty years that I have benefited by Christian Science I have often testified of healings at our Wednesday evening meetings, but this is my first written testimony.

A healing, a few years ago, of a severe difficulty with my hands stands out and means much to me, because of the increased understanding of the absolute, divinely scientific character of the teachings of Christian Science gained through the experience.

I had worked over the problem for some time to the best of my ability, but did not appear to be getting far with it. At this point I decided to call on a friend, a Christian Science practitioner, for assistance. With his valuable help, together with much consecrated effort to rise higher spiritually, I finally gained the unmistakable realization that the difficulty had no actuality, even though the evidence of the material senses testified oppositely.
