Freedom
It is recorded in Acts that Paul once said to those who held him in bondage, "I was free born."
Are we laboring under the bondage of sickness, sin, sorrow, lack of supply, lack of opportunity, or some other form of slavery? If so, we need not suffer longer, for Christian Science has come to this age with a joyful message of release to all who have ears to hear.
Mary Baker Eddy, the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science, was brought face to face with this marvelous truth when, while reading the account of Jesus' healing of the man sick of the palsy, she realized that she too was free-born, and immediately arose from what her family believed might be her death-bed, well. The experience was indeed most inspiring to Mrs. Eddy, who yearned to find a definite rule whereby to solve the problem of Mind-healing, so that all mankind might be freed from bondage.
