Through the study of Christian Science I have learned to see God as an ever-present help i trouble and not as a God afar off in a better world.

Either by my own work or with the aid of a practitioner, I have had healings for myself and my family. At one time I was able to avoid a surgical operation which I dreaded very much. My daughter has been freed of a trouble with her eyes, and my husband found a new position when the depression was condemning many people to unemployment.

I desire to express great gratitude for these benefits; for the help which has been given me so generously; for the light which Christian Science throws on the Bible, and in a general way for all that we owe to this Science and to its Founder, Mary Baker Eddy.
