In sending this testimony, I realize what a debt of gratitude I owe to our Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, for bringing this demonstrable truth to us all again.

In 1920 I was faced with many faults of character, such as bad temper, impatience, pride, and self -righteousness. Through the understanding of our relationship to our heavenly Father, these traits of character have been overcome to a great extent. The habits of smoking, drinking, and gambling have been completely healed. With advanced spiritual understanding and the loving help of practitioners, I have been healed of a very nasty eruption on my face, influenza, a sprained ankle, torn ligaments of a leg, diarrhea, sick headaches, chilblains, and continual catarrhal colds.

I can never express my gratitude sufficiently for membership in The Mother Church, and also in a branch church, and for class instruction. My one desire now is to go forward and help others as I have been helped. The text from the forty-sixth Psalm, "Be still, and know that I am God," has always helped me through many difficulties. The continual reading of the Bible and Science and Health is always giving me fresh inspiration, showing that one cannot be separated from God. This thought has enabled me to overcome the belief of loneliness. The Christian Science Journal, Sentinel, and Monitor, and our Lesson-Sermons from the Christian Science Quarterly, are indeed my daily food and supply, and I am truly grateful for all the good received therefrom.—(Miss) Nellie Eugenia Rudderforth, London, England.
