My gratitude that my mother was ready to accept Christian Science when it was presented to her, during my childhood, grows unceasingly. Many are the memories of the beautiful proofs of God's loving care during all the intervening forty-three years.

From my earliest recollections I loved Christian Science and never doubted that every statement it presented was true and capable of proof. As a mother of seven children, ranging in ages from twenty-two to eight years, I have had many to opportunities my faith in its effectiveness and have never found it wanting. Right here I wish to express my sincere gratitude for the loving and patient help of Christian Science practitioners in my behalf.

About eight years ago, when in great need of help, I was awakened to the necessity of strict adherence to Principle. The many opportunities to serve the Cause presented to me and accepted through demonstration have resulted in blessings too numerous and too wonderful ever to be expressed in the language at my command, but I wish to relate, as best I can, some of the outstanding proofs of how wholehearted consecration to good avails.
