It is my desire to express my gratitude for the blessings which have come to me through the study and ministrations of Christian Science.

One of the many healings which I have experienced came at the time of the birth of my daughter, now grown to young womanhood. The attending physician informed the practitioner that birth was absolutely impossible because of an obstructing tumor—that I should have to be removed immediately to the hospital for an operation. The practitioner requested three quarters of an hour, which he granted. At the close of that time things were so much better that he granted another half hour. Before the time was up the child was born with absolutely no pain, and without the presence of the doctor. The tumor had dissolved, leaving no trace whatsoever, much to the doctor's amazement.

At another time a member of my family was healed of smallpox, and although I was in constant attendance upon him, I felt no ill effects therefrom.
