As a witness to the truth that "with God all things are possible" I testify to a healing which I had one winter.

Through a fall on the ice my hip became dislocated. I immediately declared the presence of God's power and the power of His presence. I was absolutely free from fear, declined to go to a hospital for examination, and worked conscientiously with the aid of a Christian Science practitioner. I was confined to my home for six days, when I received word from my office associates that they were very busy and would appreciate it if I could return to business. I was able to get to my office and put in an entire day's work without any sense of fatigue. On the third day of my return to the office, as I stood up to hobble across the floor, my hip slipped back into place without any pain whatsoever and I was able to attend a Christian Science lecture that evening.

Glasses which I had worn continually since childhood have been laid aside. I am extremely grateful for this healing, as it was always my desire to dispense with the use of eyeglasses, but when I expressed this desire to an optician I was told that I could never do without them.
