For over three years my husband and I have been interested in Christian Science, and we have already received so many blessings from it that I can no longer conceive of life without it.

I heard Christian Science spoken of after having a miscarriage. The physician wished to perform an operation, and this troubled me a great deal. Thanks to the help of a consecrated Christian Science practitioner, who was always ready to help at any moment, harmonious conditions were restored.

My husband was healed in a week of a severe case of diphtheria, and in ten days of a wound in his leg, the result of an accident which happened during his work as an engineer. His leg had been caught under a roll of cables weighing eighteen hundred kilograms, which had fallen on him in the sudden stopping of a funicular passing through a railway tunnel. Our small son has been healed in a few days of measles, and instantaneously of an attack of croup. I could enumerate many more cases of sickness which appeared real to us, as well as some other difficulties which, outside of Science, would have seemed insurmountable. Through an understanding of Christian Science we have gained an entirely different outlook on life, and we are very grateful that nothing and no one can destroy the happiness which it gives us.
