I wish to express my gratitude for a healing in Christian Science which took place several years ago. The difficulty was a severe case of nervous prostration. A friend offered me some Christian Science literature and, after being reassured that Christian Scientists did not use a Bible peculiar to themselves, I read the literature. The truth came as a bright light, flooding my consciousness and seemingly filling the whole room I was in. Eager to drink in this wonderful truth that I had always hoped for but had now found, I talked with those whom I believed to be Scientists. Unfortunately thoughts were presented that were not scientific, and darkness descended, a darkness as dense as the light had been bright; but I could not go back, and for weeks and months I held on to what I could remember, since I was unable to read a word in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy. Practitioners seemed unable to help me, and the struggle appeared long and fruitless; but the fight was finally won, and there has never been a return of the trouble.

I can never cease being grateful for the healing, protection, and guidance; and to Mrs. Eddy for the revelation of the truth as found in Science and Health.
