I have long felt the desire to testify to the many blessings I have received in Christian Science, for I should acknowledge them them and give thanks to God. I have benefited from the testimony of others. I am very thankful that I heard of this truth which heals and saves, and also for the pure life of Mrs. Eddy, who was able to grasp the things enernal and give them to a world which may learn to love God in the way she did, through her clear vision of the Master's teaching and God's love to us. The first meeting I attended in England was half through when we arrived, but I said to my husband, "I do not know anything about that religion but it makes people happy;" and I was eager to know more. Through the study of the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, and the help of loving practitioners, we benefited greatly. We had demonstrations and peace come to our home.

I have been healed of concussion of the brain caused by failling down the cellar stairs, and of severe bilious attacks of long standing; also of paralysis of the right arm and fracture of the collar bone by knowing that, as our Leader says in Science and Health (p. 283), "Mind is the source of all movement, and there is no inertia to retard or check its perpetual and harmonious action." Many minor ailments, such as coughs, colds, scalds, burns, and so on, have been overcome with the truth.

I am grateful for the blessings of class instruction; and of membership in The Mother Church, also a branch church. I am thankful for all the Christian Science literature and for the precious light and uplift we have in reading the Bible, which indeed becomes a new book and very precious. "Search the scriptures"! I desire to learn more, and am increasingly grateful for Christian Science and God's love as revealed to us by our dear Leader. I have had residence in the Christian Science sanatorium for seven weeks, which were full of fruitful pleasure and enjoyment.—(Mrs.) Sophia Julia McDonald, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, Canada.
