Many proofs of the healing and regenerating power of Christian Science have come to me since I took up the study of it over six years ago.

Glasses have been laid aside, and my sight has become normal, although an eye specialist had previously told me that my eyes were incurable and that I should always need to wear glasses. This healing was gradual, and came about through the reading of the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy.

Lack has been overcome by the realization that supply is spiritual, and that giving, not getting, brings sufficiency into our experience. When our daughter was born I had the privilege of being attended by a Christian Science nurse and was helped by a practitioner. A few hours before the baby was born I began to have severe pain. A message was sent to the practitioner asking for help. Soon after this I forgot all about the pain, and was able to read Science and Health. The pain did not return throughout the experience.
