Overflowing with gratitude and thankfulness to God for His loving-kindness and the blessings bestowed upon me, I should like to tell what Christian Science, whose wonderful truth can be applied at all times and in all ways, has done for me. About ten years ago I was healed of a nervous breakdown, nervous indigestion, piles, and what may be called a depressed feeling. I felt at times that to be left alone was terrible; but I soon learned it was nothing but fear which was tormenting me. I very quickly saw that "perfect love casteth out fear," and that God, Love, heals. I have had this proved to me over and over again. I want to give thanks to our revered Leader, Mary Baker Eddy; to the patient practitioners; and to all who have been so kind to me. My study of Christian Science has taught me to be patient. I certainly do receive comfort and blessings from the literature.
