I wish to express my gratitude for some of the blessings Christian Science has brought to our home since I became interested in this great truth ten years ago. On first turning to Christian Science I was instantaneously healed of chronic liver and stomach trouble. At that time, I was about to be operated on for internal adhesions. I was told that if everything went well I would be back at my work within six months. Shortly after my first healing I asked help from a practitioner for this condition, and was healed completely in three absent treatments. At the same time I was healed of spinal trouble, from which I had suffered almost continuously for many years. I have also been of rheumatism, from which I had never been entirely free since childhood. Shortly after taking up the study of Christian Science I realized I had been healed of a rupture of eleven years' standing.

At this time we were anxious about a daughter of eight years who all her life had been subject to attacks of kidney trouble. Our doctor said there was no cure for this. After she had scarlet fever this condition became more pronounced; and she was never free from these attacks more than a week or so at a time. We then consulted with specialists, who informed us there was no cure and advised us not to allow her to eat any food that contained acids. This, of course, included berries and other fruits, which were hard for her to give up. After taking up the study of Christian Science I felt confident that since God had healed me He would also take care of my child. She was allowed to eat anything she wished; the attacks became less frequent and less severe; and within about six weeks she was entirely healed.

In our family of five we have experienced many other healings. Internal ulcers, tumor, enlarged glands, mumps, measles, tonsillitis, influenza, chronic appendicitis, pleurisy, acute heart and kidney trouble, bronchitis, and sprains have been overcome and dislocated joints adjusted. To say that I am grateful to God, to Christ Jesus, the Way-shower, and to Mrs. Eddy for this great truth only feebly expresses my gratitude.—(Mrs.) CAROLINE FISHER, Twin Falls, Idaho.
