Letters from the Field

"In deep gratitude for what The Christian Science Monitor has done, and is doing every day, I am just sending along these few lines.

"Being deprived in my girlhood of necessary education, I have found that by constantly reading the Monitor it has trained my thought and broadened my concepts; in fact, it has met my need in countless ways, and is of great value to me in my everyday work. This has enabled me to pass it along to others with the greatest confidence that it will bless all. Being a member of the Distribution Committee has given me strength and confidence to go forward with The Christian Science Monitor, which is out to bless mankind.

"In true gratitude,

(Signed) "Beatrice Ward, Leicester, England."
