I wish to express my gratitude for what Christian Science has done for me. Nine years ago I was healed of stomach and bowel trouble, tumor, colds, and other ailments, through the study of the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy. The past year I was healed of typhoid fever, pneumonia, pleurisy, and throat trouble through the loving help of practitioners. While I am more than grateful for these healings and for the spiritual uplift, I am also grateful for class instruction and the Christian Science literature, which is a great help to me in every way. I feel it indeed a privilege to be a member of The Mother Church; I am also grateful to Mrs. Eddy for giving to the world this understanding of God.—(Mrs.) Kathryn Merchant, Mineral City, Ohio.
