I have many reasons for gratitude to Christian Science. My first healing, which occurred in 1905, was a wonderful experience to me. I had been ill for a number of days with serious trouble with my right ear, and feared if a physician were called he might find it necessary to operate. I was asked to try Christian Science treatment, which I consented to do, receiving immediate help. The fever, which was very high, was quickly overcome, leaving the flesh cool and normal. The ear trouble was also overcome with the second treatment, for which I am most grateful to Truth, to Mrs. Eddy, and the loving work of the practitioner.
