For some time I have felt a desire to write and try to express my gratitude in a small way for what Christian Science has done for me. The testimonies have been such a help to me.

Science and Health was always in my home, but not until I was in my teens did I begin to read and understand it for myself. It has made the last three years happy and contented although my husband is not a Scientist. The past year would have been almost unbearable if it had not been for my understanding of Science. My husband was drafted July 22. We stored our furniture, rented our house, and I went home to my folks. How I was comforted knowing God governs all and there was nothing to fear for either of us. On October 4 our baby girl was born under Science treatment. Four hours later, after a hearty breakfast, I got up and walked down and upstairs twice, dressed the next day, and was downstairs all day as usual. Before baby's birth my health was perfect.

Words cannot express what Christian Science means to me. To say I am thankful to God for my many blessings does not begin to express my gratitude.
