It is with deep gratitude that I offer a testimony of what Christian Science has done for me. I did not take up the study of it with the idea of finding healing for any physical discord, but because I had not found Truth in the teachings of the church in which I had been a lifelong member. After studying Christian Science for a short time I found I had been healed of bowel trouble, for which I had sought relief in materia medica as far back as I can remember. This is over five years ago and since that time Truth has been my only remedy. I can never express the gratitude I feel for the help Christian Science has been in overcoming discordant conditions for our children. Two years ago our little girl was taken ill with measles. We asked for help from a Christian Science practitioner, which was lovingly given at once, and in three days she was up and out. Shortly afterwards our little boy fell ill with the same complaint. He was very feverish and altogether the symptoms pointed to his having a very bad time. However, we again asked for Christian Science help, and the next day he was well enough to play in the garden, all symptoms having practically gone. Whooping cough was met and overcome within a fortnight by the power of Truth for the same two children.

We are indeed grateful for all the physical healings we have had in our home; I am most grateful for the joy and peace which have come into my life through the better understanding I am gaining of God and man, as taught in Christian Science.—(Mrs.) Ethel C. Pogson, Nether Edge, Sheffield, England.
