Among the Churches

Current Notes

Reno, Nev. —Ground will be broken next Monday [March 15] preparatory to the erection of a $50,000 home for First Church of Christ, Scientist, at the corner of Court and Granite Streets. The edifice will stand on the elevation which Court Street climbs in its winding course west of Virginia Street. First Church of Christ, Scientist, was incorporated in 1907 and since that time has grown to be a flourishing institution. Services were held originally in the Odd Fellows Auditorium, but in recent years the Christian Science church has been using Masonic Hall.
