When my former religious faith failed to satisfy or bring me any comfort, I turned to Christian Science, which revealed to me the true nature of God and my relationship to Him, bringing peace and restoring me to useful activity.

I have been healed of rheumatism, also of a fear of it so great that whenever any pain was experienced there arose in my thought a picture of myself as deformed and helpless. I am happy to say that through the study of our text-book, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, this fear has been completely eliminated. I have also been healed of catarrh, a throat affection, and the tendency to have severe colds. On one occasion I fell on the top of a very hot stove, striking the palm of my hand and destroying almost all the flesh. I asked for help in Christian Science, with the result that the pain and burning sensation was relieved in about an hour and did not return. In two weeks new flesh had formed and the hand was as perfect as before. I feel sure that but for Christian Science the hand would be disfigured.

I am most grateful for the understanding of God which Christian Science has revealed to me.
