The attention of our readers is called to the fact that The Christian Science Monitor is not in the class of periodicals included in the ruling of the Postmaster-General of the United States concerning the mailing of literature to soldiers and sailors at the front, concerning which a notice appears on the cover of the Sentinel.

The Mother Church announces the following lectures in the Boston suburbs to be delivered by George Shaw Cook:—

Brookline: Beacon Universalist Church, Harvard Street, near Coolidge Corner, 8 p.m., Nov. 5 and 6.

Roslindale: Unitarian Parish House, 852 South Street, 8 p.m., Nov. 8.

Everett: Crown Theater, Chelsea Street, Everett Square, 3 p.m., Nov. 11.

Waltham: Asbury Temple, Main and Moody Streets, 8 p.m., Nov. 12.

Revere: Revere City Hall, Broadway, 8 p.m., Nov. 13.

Watertown: Strand Theater, Galen Street, 8 p.m., Nov. 15.

West Roxbury: Highland Club Hall, Center and Corey Streets, 8 p.m., Nov. 16.

Allston: Allston Theater, 128 Brighton Avenue, 3 p.m., Nov 18
