I am moved by deep gratitude in my desire to add this testimony in recognition of the last benefit derived through Christian Science. I sustained a bruise on my finger, which grew sore and I began to experience violent pain, so much that for several nights I did not sleep at all. On the third morning the registered-letter carrier came, and upon seeing my finger, as I had to sing my name, he said, "You've got blood poisoning in the most severe form and had better go to the physician at once." Instead I rushed to a Christian Science practitioner, who immediately took up treatment. My fear at the mere word blood poisoning was very great, and my arm grew more and more swollen and stiff, until I began to feel severe pain in the breast. In the afternoon, driven by great fear, I again ran to the practitioner; and this time a different result manifested itself, for all sense of fear and worry left me and the healing was accomplished. I went to sleep in perfect peace and calm, and on the following morning the healing was visibly manifested, for the arm presented a normal appearance. My finger too is now entirely healed.

Thanks be unto God for having revealed to us the way to true health and happiness. While words fail to express my gratitude, I am trying to prove the same by my actions. For all the good which we experience daily I thank God from the depths of my heart.
