I have been brought out from the dark sense of mortal existence through the understanding of Mrs. Eddy's teachings. I might say I have been born again, and my one desire is to help others to see the light of Truth.

When my little niece was about two and a half years old, she fell from a swing, striking the end of her spine on the pavement. She was brought into the house and soon she seemed to be only semiconscious. Her mother was very much frightened, for she had known of similar cases which had been under medical treatment, and she feared that the child would either pass on or be helpless for life. She knew nothing but Christian Science could save the child, and although she did not understand this wonderful truth she wanted me to care for the child that night.

I did the best I could, but by morning I felt that the case needed some one with a higher understanding of God's law than I seemed to possess, and I advised that a practitioner called. A short time before, the child had become wholly unconscious, and her mother being greatly alarmed, I immediately telephoned for help. In less than half an hour the practitioner was at the home, and before he left the little one was sitting at the table eating lunch. At night fear again camp up, but it was quickly overcome and the child was perfectly healed. This healing took place over three years ago, and though up to that time the little girl had always been delicate, now she is a picture of perfect health.
