I have a desire to express my gratitude for being healed of numerous ailments through Christian Science. While boarding a train I fell and broke my hip, according to medical diagnosis, and after months in a hospital I was only able to take a few steps by using crutches. Later, my leg shortened about one and a half inches, and I was obliged to wear a shoe with an extended sole and heel, and my health was entirely gone. Three years ago Christian Science came to my relief, and through its truth and its demonstration of divine power my leg has been lengthened so that I wear only a double-sole shoe. I have also been completely healed of a stomach trouble of many years' standing, and other ailments which at times caused me to suffer severly in very serious attacks. I seemed to have no strength, and could not endure any excitement or take any exercise. Now, although I am eighty-three years old, I am thankful to say that through the teaching of Christian Science as found in the text-book "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, I am a well woman. I am able to work, walk where I choose, and enjoy health, peace, and harmony.
