I feel it is time for me to give my testimony to those who need, as I did, what Christian Science has done for me and mine. I had been a sufferer since 1902 with what the doctors called rheumatism, partial paralysis, tubercular disease in my lower left limb. I was on crutches most of that time, and I had different doctors, but with little or no results. I went to Hot Springs one summer and seemed to get somewhat better, but went back as soon as I came home. In 1909 I began to take Christian Science treatment and in a short time was healed. I am now able to walk as much as any person and able to do anything which it is my duty to do. We have had other cases of healing in the family since then, and not only this but Christian Science has given us all a different view of life; it has helped us physically, morally, and spiritually, for all of which I am very thankful to God. I am also grateful to Mrs. Eddy for her patience and never-ceasing efforts to give this truth to the world in a way we can understand and prove.
