I wish to express my gratitude for what Christian Science has done for me. For about five years I suffered from a complication of diseases, one of which physicians told me could not be cured without my undergoing an operation. In the spring of 1909, when I threw away my medicines and told my physician that I was going to try Christian Science, he told me that it could do me no good. But I employed a practitioner, and in a short time my healing came, and I have enjoyed good health ever since. One of the diseases of which I was healed was diagnosed as a most serious affection of the kidneys.

I am thankful to God, and also to our Leader, Mrs. Eddy, for the benefit which I have received.
