It is over six years since I became interested in Christian Science, and for over five years Truth alone has been my help. There have been several ills to meet,—malaria in different forms. At first the attacks were severe and I was obliged to call upon a practitioner, but each time the illness was quickly met. I have had many beautiful demonstrations. Some time ago I was obliged to have five teeth extracted. I first asked a practitioner to help me, and then I asked the dentist not to apply any drugs or give me any anesthetic. The five teeth were extracted without pain. Christian Science helps me in every way, spiritually as well as physically. I am learning slowly how to reject old beliefs which bring inharmony; I am learning that consciousness should be filled with true thoughts, which bring peace and happiness.
