When our little son was born in March, 1908, it was noticed that he could not use his left hand or arm. Then attending physician stated that the trouble was very serious. We had two other doctors make an examination, and one of them asked for an X-ray photograph, as he did not know what the trouble was and was frank enough to confess it. The doctors could not give us any encouragement, so we had Christian Science treatment and it was wonderfully successful. After the first treatment the child moved his arm and hand, and within six weeks the healing was complete.

I would also like to mention that for fifteen years I had worn glasses, but after three weeks' reading of Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, I was enabled to put them aside and have never needed them since. This was about three years ago. For these beautiful proofs of the power of Truth, words are inadequate to express my gratitude to God, also to our dear Leader.
