When I think of my present happiness, and then of the days before I knew about this saving truth, I am indeed very thankful to God for Christian Science. I had been a church-member, and was seeking for the truth, and I sometimes wondered why my prayers were not answered, but I know now that I did not understand how to ask aright. I often went to prayer-meeting hungry for the spiritual food, and came away disappointed and discouraged until I began the study of Christian Science. When I learned the great truth that man is governed by the divine Mind, then the joy and the peace that came to me can only be known by one who has had a similar experience. I am very grateful for the physical healing that has come into my life through this great truth, and members of my family also have been healed and made better. Spiritually and in every way we have been made to rejoice in God, who saves from sin and sickness.
