For the many blessings which I have received through Christian Science I am very grateful, and I hope my testimony may help some other sufferer. In June, 1906, I was seriously injured while trying to hold on to a barrel of sugar which had slipped from my wagon. After several days of suffering a doctor was called, who advised me to go to a hospital, as he thought the kidneys must have been severely injured and that I would have to be operated upon. I could not make up my mind to go to the hospital, so I had Christian Science for my healing. In four weeks I was free from the injury and since then I have never been troubled with it.

Many other blessings have I had through this saving truth. When a boy of fifteen I got the full discharge of a toy cannon in my face. The eyes and face were black with powder, but through Christian Science in four days all trace of it had disappeared, and all pain left me after the first treatment. I give thanks to God, and to Mrs. Eddy for this healing truth.
