Words cannot express my deep feeling of gratitude for the many blessings I have received in various ways through Christian Science, and I am glad to give a testimony to the healing power of Truth. Last spring my little son was taken ill with acute lung trouble. I did all I could for him, but during the second night he seemed so much worse that at twelve o'clock I telephoned for my mother, who is a Christian Science practitioner. From that time he rested easier and slept a little. The next night I was compelled to call her again at one o'clock. The next two nights she came and stayed with him, and in one week from that time he was playing in the yard. Another case of healing was that of my baby, who had a serious attack of illness. My neighbors remarked that it was wonderful how good he was during the time. One would not have known there was anything wrong, only by the appearance of his neck. My husband was also healed of throat trouble, to which he had been subject for years. Our five children have never taken any medicine.
