I am very glad to be able to tell of the healing power of Christian Science. For many years I was subject to neuralgic headaches and very severe attacks of attendant stomach trouble, which would keep me in bed for several days at a time, it being necessary for me to resort to opiates to relieve the pain. During one of these attacks I learned to repeat the "scientific statement of being" (Science and Health, p. 468), which helped me to see the unreality of matter and healed me. This healing took place four years ago, and I have never had a return of this form of error. I have also been perfectly healed of an eye trouble for which I had worn glasses almost continuously for eight years. Colds, sore throat, and many other discordant conditions have been quickly met through this healing truth.

When I look back a few years, and see how I have been led out of bondage, I am filled with gratitude to God, and to Mrs. Eddy for showing us the way.
