LETTERS TO OUR LEADER

Brookline, Mass., Feb. 8, 1907.

My Beloved Leader:—For many years I have realized that I owed you more than I could ever repay, and now the debt has been greatly increased by the recent revision of Science and Health. Each sentence has gained new meaning, and words can never express how deeply I was touched as I found on every page evidences of your marvelous care and loving watchfulness, in giving us every possible assistance which would enable us to clearly understand the truth. As Isaiah says, "By his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many." I appreciate more than ever what you are accomplishing for the human race, and what we owe to your tireless patience and farseeing wisdom. May we be worthy to appropriate your latest great gift to our Cause, and may we in our turn, reflect, in some measure at least, the same care and honest labor in our efforts to help spread the "good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people." From all parts of the world grateful hearts will praise God for the ever-increasing light which is coming to humanity through your unparalleled labors of love. Believe me
