Our great Exemplar, Christ Jesus, looked beyond the veil of materiality into the realm of Spirit, into the eternal reality of things. This looking away from the temporal, mutable, and discordant to the harmonious, unchangeable verities of Spirit brought a realizing sense of the perfect man, in the image of God, and this correct and scientific view of man healed the sick and the sinful. Our Master said, "Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." To Christianly and scientifically "know the truth" as taught by the Galilean Prophet, is the demand of Christian Science today, and its text-book, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, has enabled multitudes to realize that the spiritual understanding of God's Word not only promises a future salvation but "is a very present help" in bringing health, harmony, and holiness here and now.
