1. God-fearing rulers, present and prospective, in State and nation.

2. Rising educational tide and awakening public conscience. Enlightened public conscience will ensure the enforcement of wholesome laws.

3. Increasing high and correct ideals of journalism. The "yellow" is doomed.

4. The increasing conviction in thoughtful minds that applied Christianity contains the solution of every problem, personal, communal, State, national, international, racial, universal.

5. The activity, progress, and extent of Christian effort. Sin is making a stubborn, desperate fight, but to the observant eye a losing one. Righteousness is winning and shall reign. To-day is the brightest in the world's history.
