Prayer

Prayer is achievement, not appeal,
A firm, strong hold upon the real.
It is to know God's work is done,
And that thine own must be begun
By answering His call to thee:
"If thou art weary come to me
And I will give thee rest,"
The rest of heavenly work,—divine behest!
