For ten years I suffered with muscular rheumatism and palpitation of the heart so that I had to stay in bed four weeks at a time, and could not turn over one way or the other without taking hold of the bed-post. I was under the care of many doctors and received only temporary relief. One doctor told me that I could never do another day's work on the farm. I heard of Christian Science and took treatment, and in four weeks I felt like a different man. I was also cured of the tobacco and liquor habit. I am very grateful for the help I have received through Christian Science.—S. Eyer, Lyons, N.Y.

This testimony was accompanied by the following letter.

"This is the same man of whom I wrote as growing straight between Thursday and Saturday. When he gave this testimony he said the half could not be told of all that Christian Science had been to him, and he also wished me to add that at times he had to creep on his hands and knees. Since coming to Christian Science he has given up all material remedies."—M. P.
