MAKING A RIGHT CHOICE

While individuals are repeatedly faced with the necessity of deciding a course of action in their daily lives, their true way is eternally established in God divine Mind. The fact that the way is already so established is the safe premise upon which we may base the ordering of our human lives in a manner that will be in harmonious agreement with the divine way. Christian Science helps one to gain divine guidance in his daily experiences.

One who understands God's nature recognizes clearly that He is perfect Mind. God knows everything that is going on within the precincts of His being. In God there are no vacillating opinions or unsolved dilemmas. It is not possible for God to be undecided as to what He should do. He is not an erring individuality, neither does He make a man who is capable of error or indecision. God is Spirit, infinite perfection itself, and all that He makes is perfect, spiritual. This truth is the law of annihilation to the belief that one can be troubled with indecisions as to the right course of action or thought.

In Christian Science we understand that God declares that creation is complete and good. He does not waver in that declaration. He declares that man is pure. He does not hesitate in that affirmation. He declares man to be wise and loving. He does not question even slightly the merit of His own certification. Similarly God knows that health and activity are inherent in His expression, man. What God knows is law in earth as in heaven. Law is established by Him eternally, and as to His pronouncement of perfection, there is no room for debate. God's man is not and cannot be indecisive, for he reflects the surety of God, the all-knowing Mind.
