I want to share a testimony of some healings for which I am very thankful. I am grateful that Christian Science teaches us that the unfolding of good is God's day. I have proved that Truth, understood, destroys loneliness, grief, and lack of ease, that it also brings to light an ever-developing understanding of perfect God and of man in His likeness.

In Science and Health, Mary Baker Eddy says (p. 323), "We must recollect that Truth is demonstrable when understood, and that good is not understood until demonstrated." Over thirty years ago I had a tumor. At first I thought it was pregnancy, but when I learned that it was a growth, I began to work prayerfully to destroy the error as we are taught to do in Christian Science.

I also asked a practitioner for help. He referred me to the Bible verses (Prov. 3:5, 6): "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths." The healing was slow, but it has been permanent.
