That Christian Science heals has been proved in my experience many times. For the spiritual uplift, freedom, and real joy which I have gained, I am deeply grateful. From the very start, when I began to study Christian Science while in my teens, it brought many benefits into my life.

The first healing was that of the need to wear strong glasses. Previously, my eyes had been weakening steadily, and stronger glasses were needed annually. Severe headaches had been frequent since earliest childhood, even during the period that glasses were worn. This Science enabled me to glimpse the spiritual, perfect nature of God, to overcome fears, and to experience proof of man's present perfection as the unimpaired reflection of a loving Father. My eyes became normal, and the headaches have never returned. This healing was verified later by militery tests.

Christian Science has met my needs for more than ten years, enabling me to enjoy perfect attendance at high school, college, and my place of business, as well as to participate in many other activities. Science has provided a quick solution whenever suggestions of fatigue, illness, lack, or unhappiness have tried to creep in. It has been preventive and curative, thus enabling me to face each day with an expectancy of good, no matter what tasks are required.
