GOD'S LAW, IMPARTIAL AND UNIVERSAL
"I Will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever" (John 14:16). This prayer and prophecy of Christ Jesus have been fulfilled in the revelation of Christian Science.
With divine vision, Mary Baker Eddy discerned God's law and its effects on human thinking as the Comforter. She recognized the dependability of this law of omnipresent God and named her discovery Christian Science.
One comforting fact about divine law is its complete lack of partiality. A spiritual truth is no more factual, dependable, or accessible in one country than in another. No person or place is outside God's jurisdiction. There is nothing foreign to God, for God is All. His laws are not restricted by boundaries or barriers.
