It is some years since my testimony appeared in The Christian Science Journal, and I consider it is time to express my thanks again for further blessings resulting from the application of Christian Science. I have relied on this religion for a long time, and it is with a desire to help others that I am submitting this testimony.

One day, whilst I was descending a ladder after hanging curtains, a claw hammer which I had placed on the top rung of the ladder fell on my head, cutting it and causing undetermined internal in juries. My husband witnessed this, and with his loving co-operation and my own firm declarations of Truth I was soon healed by God through our prayers.

A little over two years ago, when moving furniture, I strained my back and injured my arm to the extent that I was not able to use it. I was alone at the time, and for three days I struggled on as best I could by myself. Then, needing food, I managed to get in touch with a student of Christian Science, and she came to stay with me temporarily. She was very much troubled because of my condition, and therefore I gave her my permission to ask for the prayerful help of a Christian Science practitioner.
