MAN ALWAYS IN HIS RIGHT PLACE

Christian Science teaches that man is the infinite idea of divine Mind, God, and therefore is always in his right place and doing his right work as the reflection of God's being. Since God is All there is only one Mind, knowing only its perfect self and expressing itself in infinite forms of beauty and goodness. God's idea can never be taken out of the Mind of which it is the expression, and therefore man, the spiritual idea, can never be moved from his right place. The infinite oneness of divine Mind and its idea excludes the possibility of anything which can disrupt or mar that spiritual relationship.

Being All, divine Mind has all power to unfold its own idea in perfection and love and to supply it with abundant wisdom and intelligence. Man is always in the holy place, reflecting the infinite ideas of Love in ceaseless and harmonious activity.

While teaching the absolute truth regarding man, the image and likeness of God, Christian Science does not ignore the fears and false beliefs of mankind. To the unreliable material senses, one often seems to be in the wrong place, either displaced and homeless or living and working in uncongenial and inharmonious circumstances.
