I have received so much help from the testimonies and articles in all our authorized publications that it seems only right to tell of some of the blessings which the study of Christian Science has unfolded to me. In this way, perhaps, I can be helping someone else.

The greatest blessings have come to me from the overcoming of the many problems that I have had to meet since my husband passed on. I have learned to drive a car and have been beautifully protected in all kinds of weather and traffic. An interesting and harmonious position was secured when I put self-will out of the way. I had never worked in an office before, but promotions and raises in salary have come to me. Adequate supply has thus not been difficult to obtain. A suitable home was secured at a price below what I had expected to pay, and the means to meet needed repairs have been manifested.

But the overcoming of grief and loneliness has been my greatest blessing. I have had to uncover each little root of self-pity and destroy it. The study of the difference between personality and individuality, as set forth in Mrs. Eddy's writings and in many articles in the periodicals, has been of priceless help to me.
