While living in my home my small nephew, a pupil in the Christian Science Sunday School, was taken very ill with a severe throat condition. A Christian Science practitioner was called, and work was taken up. For a while the struggle was severe, and the last enemy appeared to be near. A member of the family nursed him day and night.

The child was most receptive and loved the truth he had been taught in the Sunday School. He would ask that hymns be sung to him from the Christian Science Hymnal and was obedient to those who were with him. In a few days a complete healing was realized. I am grateful for this healing and for the privilege of witnessing it. It proved to me that little children are receptive to the truth, and it has made me strive to be more childlike in working out problems. I am also most grateful for the Sunday Schools and for the faithful ones who serve in them.

I should like to tell of a beautiful and complete healing I received one winter. I was on duty as a Christian Science nurse when signs of a cold appeared. However, I did not feel discordant, and I remained on duty until midnight. The next day the condition was manifested as a deep chest cold, and for several days thereafter I remained in my room.
