In my first testimony, which appeared in the Sentinel of September 29, 1928, I expressed gratitude for the help of Truth in raising our small children. The intervening years have been rich with blessings. It has been proved in our home that Christian Science both heals and protects.

When my mother, who was very near and dear to me, passed on there was never a moment of doubt, grief, or loss, but a confident sense that all was well both with her and with me.

A number of years ago as a result of an automobile accident I was unable to walk. Although at first there was much pain, which was quickly met, there was a song of gratitude in my heart for the many proofs we had had that Christian Science heals. I rejoiced to know that I would again be able to prove the healing power of Truth and Love.
