REALIZE, NOT THEORIZE

Realization of the spiritual truths of Christian Science through silent prayer results in the building of a fruitful comradeship with God. It makes clear the ever-presence of Love. Sometimes we hear it said, "Do you realize what Christian Science would do for us if we could only make it come true?" Those who ask the question are apt to theorize regarding God, Truth, rather than realize His presence and power.

When one seems to be in panic because of material evidence of some sort, a quick realization of the omnipresence of the Christ, or true idea of God, brings a conviction of Truth's omnipotence. In the sacred stillness of this realization there is no place for discord, and as a result lack and disease disappear.

In the Biblical account of Daniel's life we read that "he kneeled upon his knees three times a day, and prayed, and gave thanks before his God" (Dan. 6:10). His realization of man's oneness, or unity, with God enabled him to demonstrate man's inseparability from Life and Love even in the den of lions.
