"There is no life, truth, intelligence, nor substance in matter. All is infinite Mind and its infinite manifestation, for God is All-in-all" (Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, p. 468). These healing thoughts came to me when, alone and away from home, I was suffering from a severe headache. I had just left the subway and was going to my hotel when these words from "the scientific statement of being," which we hear read from the desk at every Sunday church service, came to me. When my consciousness became filled with the truth of those words, the headache disappeared, and I was able to continue about my business. The thing that stood out in this experience was that divine Love provides the right answer to meet our every need as it arises.

I have experienced, with the help of a practitioner, healings of rheumatism and streptococcic throat. These healings took place over eleven years ago and have been permanent.

I am grateful for The Mother Church, for all the activities of the Christian Science movement, and for serving in a branch church. It has also been my privilege and blessing to have had class instruction.—F. Rowland Leffingwell, Pasadena, California.
